this air compressor worth a damn??

Hey guys, i have been looking into getting OBA, i dont air up/down often but i like to have it there just in case.. so of course that being said i dont want to jam too much money into it. Is something like this worth having (hardwired) ? thanks! Again it would be used very seldomly

If I were you I wouldn't bother. Nascar didn't make it, so it probably came from China. At that price, you can get a compressor from a real company with a real warranty and real reputation.

Search amazon and you will find several options in that price range.

I have had this one:

For 2 years now in the back of our car along with a tire repair kit. I have used it once and it saved my butt. I had zero issues with it. It takes a while to inflate a tire but it works and the built in light has helped me and others on several occasions.

If you just want a small compressor like that one and you will only use it occasionally I wouldnt bother with hardwiring or mounting it at the most I would probably just wire a socket to it so i could plug it in a power outlet

Viair also offers compressors around that range that will probably perform alot better than either of those
