Was gonna say the same thing. I mean, I wouldn't pay $7K and I'm sure most of us wouldn't for that one. But look on the seattle or portland craigslist and that's pretty damn common. Part of the reason it took me so long to find a decent 4runner, not overly priced and not too many miles.
