A little less rust would be nice as well as one needs to replace the valve cover gaskets. But very clean overall.

Didn’t see that the timing belt was replaced.
 
Looking at the CarFax... that rust is likely from it's time in NY to begin it's life... I do not think it'll fetch $15K. IMO right now at $10K is appropriate... nothing special other than sub 100K miles.
 
I would pay $10k for it if it didn’t have all the rust at the bottom. Maybe I’m spoiled for being in California, but any rust is a no for me.
 
It is also a flipper car. Cheap tires, mediocre cleanup, undercarriage rust (New York for more than half of its life!), un-repaired paint damage. No thanks.

It is MUCH better than average, but not at all worthy of BaT.

Dang $10K already!? If this reaches $15K, I'll be surprised, especially with that extent of rust on the frame.
 
Never understand this stuff. Must be a rich guy thing I suppose. If it were me with 15k sitting around doing nothing, i would never look twice at this truck. I’d take a 5k 4Runner and dump 10k worth of cool shit into it long before I’d ever just drop that kind of cash on a clean but otherwise ordinary runner.
 
I'd never pay $10-15k, but living in PA, that thing is clean to me. It'd be listed as "rust free" around here. I wouldn't sweat that undercarriage in the least. Its only an $8k truck to me though

I have watched BAT auction site for years and I'm amazed at how much some things go 4. for me the hunt is almost more important than the purchase. dragging your dick thru 10 miles of broken glass just to hear somebody fart thru a walkie talkie kind of stuff.

I agree I think for the $ you can hunt down a decent truck then dump the 10K into the goodies you wanted. some people just want that one, no idea why but that is the one and there it is. it's like fight club except with money.

locker rear axle Harrop Elocker front sound system just busted $12k.
