I know that I should maybe just find a new place to post, but I feel like complaining anyway

I honestly have gotten no good insight into any problem I have had with my 4 runner and find this place to be very very slow with response.

Sorry to say but you are. I have asked several determental questions that i was super worried about.
After waiting for response had to take to toyota for diagnosis or any help whatsoever

If it wasn't any help to you (assuming you did wait an acceptable amount of time for people to make time out of their busy lives to help a complete stranger) then why is it worth your time to complain? You could just move on quietly.
