Thoroughly confused about wheels....

Ok, after reading all the threads about hubcentric and lugcentric and wheelspacers and crap, I am very confused.

I understand that 4Runners are hubcentric, and LINY mantains that they are Hubcentric AND lugcentric which makes sense (i guess ).

I wanted to get some Procomp Rock Crawler Series 52 Flat Black Powder Wheels, but they all say "Hubcentric: No". I just want some plain jane semi-gloss/flat black wheels, I also want some backspacing to put the tires out to prevent any rubbing.

I ordered some Spidertrax spacers, but if I can get a wheel with back spacing I guess I won't need them.

What are my options for wheels? What are you all running? I have thought about just painting the stock wheels, but I would like to go a little wider than 7".

I appreciate any comments/advice anyone has.

I am running procomps that are not hubcentric without any problems. if you run the hubcentric Pro comps they will not fit over the hub, the center hole is too small, (I know this because I've tried it)

Wow, and expensive!

I've been running these black steel wheels from Unique for quite some time on my jeep. They have taken beatings. They've been bent and bent back into shape and just keep right on going.:

Unique Wheel - Quality Steel Wheels for Automobiles and Trucks

And, I got them for $32 each mounted from Discount Tire. These wheels are made in the same place as the black AR wheels and probably the PC wheels.

no i'll buy them i live in stanwood, lol

j/k you were first, but i got seconds....

i want to paint mine black but am afraid i might not like them.

and yes the fj rims will fit on our runners
