Thoughts and ideas

I have a 201 SR5, no mods yet. Here is a list of things I want to do. I'd really apprechiate (?) any help and input.
#1 Step rails, looking at Westin platinum series
#2 Leveling kit
#3 Brush gaurd/new bumper like the Rocky Road Bull Bar
#4 New Roof rack, again Rocky Road
#5 Complete black out of all chrome, door handles, etc.
#6 New rims, black (if you haven't guessed, my rig is black)
#7 Install CB and antenna (like Antman's set up)
#8 Install draw systen in rear cargo area
#9 Drving/Off road lights on roof rack and bull bar
#10 Cold air kit under hood
Now questions:
#1 Is the Trail Edition hood scoop a working scoop, or just decoration, and will a TE hood fit on SR5?
#2 How much bigger can I go in tire size with out needing lift kit?

Make that a 2010 4Runner.

Hood scoop is non-functional, just like the 4th gen sport edition. I'm sure one of the members on here have been able to convert it to a functional scoop. Unless I'm mistaken, the hood size should be identical to the SR5.

A friend of mine bought a SR5 then installed the trail hood. It looks good. I will take a picture of it today if it stops raining.

hood scope = non-functional.

there is nothing under there for it to function for. i suppose you could drill some holes in there, but what would that do?

Make the engine more dirty as proven by Taco and 4th gen owners.

His rim's are KMC. They were chrome but had them powder coated also they are 20s. I will find out more info on them for you.

He said that they are KMC Brodie 20 x 9.
