I'm certain directly or indirectly many T4R members, families and friends found themselves in harms way as these horrific storms made their way across our country. We stand with many here in offering our thoughts and prayers to those affected. Please take a moment for those burden with heavy hearts.

Respectfully,

Wayne/8sm and Scott/ LuDog

Yeah, keep us in your prayers as we were hammered 2 weeks ago and could possibly get hammered again this evening, and then Alabama and Georgia got torn to shreds last night. It has been a rough month.

We had to drive through Dunn, NC on our way to Disney(Orlando). They were hit with tornados a few days prior. Such a sad sight. Never seen damage like that before up close. Last night we were under tornado watch for most of the night. Luckily, we were missed. Thoughts and Prayers to those who were not so lucky.

Wow...and here I was complaining about my finished basement / bedroom getting damp! We've been getting crazy amounts of rain for the past few days, and will until Saturday.....don't have Tornados and stuff though.....

My prayers go out to you guys down there!

It hit really hard here in Alabama. It missed my house by less than a mile. We could see it from our ridge. Unfortunately, my second home and the town I love the most (Tuscaloosa) was not so lucky. Below is the pic from my house. And a video of the tornado that decimated Tuscaloosa.

Hate to hear that, Randy. We're under the gun right now, but nothing too bad so far. I was praying for you guys last night while watching the tornado hit Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, and will continue to as you guys attempt to recover.

Thanks guys (gals). We here in the immediate Chattanooga area came out pretty much ok...but the surrounding areas like Ringgold, GA didn't fair so well.

You've might have seen it on the news.

By the way...on ABC World news last night...they did a piece on a older couple that survived the tornado in Ringgold...in their 4runner! They were in a grocery store parking lot when the tornado hit...their 4Runner became airborne and landed back down in the parking lot (the 4runner on its side)...both survived and escaped through the sunroof.

be careful out there...

TWC has a video clip of the couple...not sure how long the link will last...
