thoughts on KYB Monomax

Just wondering what anyone thought about the KYB Monomax shocks.. if anyone has had any personal experience with them, good or bad.. looking to upgrade the suspension on my Runner and dont have a very large budget.. mainly street driven

also.. i'm wanting to do a 1-1.5" lift.. what would you guys recommend for that.. i saw something about Daystar coil spacers.. are these any good? they had fronts at 1.25" and rear 1.5"

I installed the monomax front and rear about 50k miles ago. They are excellent, high quality (made in Japan), long life shocks. But, they are very stiff! If most of your driving is on the road, like me, you may not be very happy.:hatsoff:

stiffness has never really bothered me... i used to run a 10k/8k setup on my old Honda

its either Monomax High pressure monotube or Gas-a-Just HP monotube that fit my budget
