Thoughts on rear brake drum adjusters

I'm still having some trouble with the adjusters that tie into the e-brake on my right rear drum brake. I recently discovered that my right rear bellcrank was frozen and causing my right rear tire to lock up in certain situations when stopping. I pulled off the drum and and bellcrank and got everything unstuck and moving properly. However I'm still having my adjusters over tighten after I drive for a week or so or use my e-brake.

I've made sure to back of a few click on the adjuster itself and like I said it works fine for a while. I've really never been in a situation where I've had to use my e-brake so should I just disconnect the cable on that side and not use the e-brake. Should I just take off the bellcrank again and lube everything down or what?

Just looking for some suggestions as to what I should do because this issue is quite annoying.

My bellcrank is resting in the correct position. I've also loosened up some slack on the e-brake cable inside the cab. I had it over-tightened at first.

Your bell crank being frozen shouldn't affect the brake pedal, it will only put pressure on the drums i you pull the e-brake. I would suggest loosening the bell crank, then leave it and don't use your e-brake until you can remove the bell crank and properly clean it up. And I don't think your star gear should be over tightening, that seems to be the opposite problem most of us have. Mine doesn't tighten on it's own, so I have to fully adjust it manually, which is a pain.
