Thoughts on the clean '01 Limited? Quick advice appreciated

I appreciate all the assistance. I ended up buying the 4Runner. I know there are cheaper ones out there but this guy had every single receipt all the way back to 2005. The peace of mind was worth it... plus I needed a vehicle ASAP.

I picked this 4WD Limited up 3 days ago. 181,000 miles, great shape, 100% rust free (frame & body). All it needs is a new set of shocks/struts and the climate controls rebuilt. STOLE it for $2900!

$2900? Damn, not bad.

He ended up coming a little down after he found out I was ex-Army.

Overall extremely pleased. I was more than ok with the selling price after seeing the runner in person and after seeing well over $8k in maintenance receipts. Previously owner definitely babied this thing.

Perfect for a daily driving wife with children who doesn't need 4WD. Here are a few quick iPhone pics.
