This really grinds my gears and I have noticed that recently it has become a popular practice. It doesn't do anyone good to have these threads with non descriptive titles cluttering up the boards. It makes it very hard for people who put in the effort to search and do research on problems to find relevant information. If you know what your having problems with put it in the title, be specific, and don't use the word "help"... It will make everything much more organized and user friendly.

Off my soapbox....

Well, we can't control people's thought process here. Some people are going to post what they want to post and with a title that might not be so informative. The best way to diffuse of this situation is let a mod know of any titles or threads you feel are truly informative and we'll try to help them.

Ok sounds good. I usually am not the one to complain, but it has been getting frustrating.

That's understandable.. There's so many new threads made daily we can't track them all. So, when members come across one that needs some attention please let us know.

I'm going to Help by moving this to OT where it belongs.

:D

Haha JW beat ya! I posted it in the third gen thread mainly because that is where alot of the perpetrators hang out lol, but your right this should have been in ot lol.

:footinmouth: :bash:

EDIT: Mod fight!!!!!

I agree! It drives me crazy. Major issue, as you pointed out, is when everyone tells you to search before you ask a question and you get all the threads like "What do you think", "what should I do", "help" and "What did you do to your 3rd gen today" all of which F'up my search results and make me go into irrelevant threads to try and find the info I need.
