It's the look of supreme satisfaction after taking a hellacious piss! I was driving by and he was taking the biggest leak I've ever seen with his "business" hanging out. I actually stopped snap a pic of that, but by the time I got turned around and pulled into the parking lot (that's my 4Runner in the background), he was finished. Very friendly, though. Came right up to me as I stood at the fence and proudly posed for this post-micturition (gotta use that medical edumication somehow) pic.
