Throtle Body Spacers!?!

From what I have seen, the following companies make 4th Gen throttle body spacers (I am referring to v8 models):

Airaid - Makes one for the 2004 but not the 2003. Anyone have any insight on why this is? Do the 03 and 04's motors differ? Will the TBS for the 04 fit the 03? Will this TBS fit with an aftermarket CAI? Volant?

aFe - Makes one for 03-08. Will this TBS fit with an aftermarket CAI? Volant?

Does anyone have any experience with TBS and/or TBS+CAI combos?

Save your money. They do nothing on these types of intakes. They will make the vehicle lighter because you will have less money in your wallet.

A CAI may give you a marginal power increase.

3rd gens and up have direct port injection so the air and fuel don't meet til in the cylinder so a TBS has zero effect on anything.
