yes clean your throttle bottle it will make a big difference.
You mentioned Seafoam. EXACTLY how did you use it??
Did you just pure it in the gas tank??
Thanks

Funny... I literally just did this today- cleaned my MAF, Throttle Body, the whole intake box/tubing cause it was getting pretty dirty from wheeling, and Seafoamed it.

I poured half a bottle in the vacuum line and the other half in the gas tank. It was pretty smokey for about 10 min and then I took it for a spin for about another 10 to get the rest out. Running good for now. No noticeable gains at the moment but wasn't really expecting a lot. Just wanted to get all that gunk out of there. I plan on pouring some in the oil when I get closer to an oil change.

When cleaning the MAF, make sure to spray down inside the tube. The actual hot wire that needs cleaning is down inside there.

The visible thing on the side can be cleaned, but it isn't as critical as the one down inside that's not visible in this pic.

Well, mine weren't really all that bad because I cleaned them back in Feb when I bought it. They were REALLY dirty then and the car was babied and garaged so goes to show that it can get dirty in there no matter how much you take care of it. They were pretty clean, just minimal dirt but better safe then sorry. I recommend taking a toothbrush and scrubbing the throttle body when you do it. It helps a ton.
