Throttle Body Spacers?

Are these scams? They claim 8 horses. Not too bad for 100 bucks.


Does anyone know anything about these, such as gas mileage and do they really affect performance? I would like a little more low end torque, I frequently wheel my 4runner and it is a 5 spd. Thanks

Dyno proven to do nothing except lighten your wallet but of course there's plenty of suckers out there running them.

for cheaper mods that work do the deckplate mod and isr mod ....

elton, did you replace the red signal bulbs in those tails for orange ones? im loooking to get those taillights but not a fan of the red turn signals

nope i used piaa xtreme white bulbs and i like them alot ... if you dont like them you can do This .. any more questions hit me up on msn or aim

stupid spacer

I think they are joke. I bought it and put it on and tested before and after and didnt really notice too much. Thought I got 1 more mpg but then it was the same before I had it on. Plus the check engine light came on and the dealer said its the spacer causing the computer to read funny.. I think it was a waste. My cold air intake did way more!!
