Throttle Position Sensor

hey everyone...my check engine light came back on after two weeks. I just had the codes pulled(C120 & C306). The mechanic said I need to change my throttle position sensor(TPS). He mentioned the 2nd code had to do with my ignition & that the #6 cylinder is misfiring.
He said with labour included(3-4hrs) it would cost $400CAN.
So my question is, does this seem reasonable? Just to fill you in on my situation...I drive a '97 4runner with 112,000 miles. Since the check engine lights been on my car doesn't accelerate the same. Also, when the engine isn't warmed up in the mornings my entire car will vibrate. Anyways I'm going to change the wires & plugs($150) first & take it from there. Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated...thanks.

P.S. what about a new distributor cap??

the cap is pretty cheap unless you need the whole distributor. but if it's the coils then that would be expensive. they usually replace all of them if one is bad...
