After having had to modify several Yakima roof boxes in the past to fit (and not really wanting as much forward overhang as those had), I bought a Thule "Force XT Sport". With accessory crossbars (I never had factory bars so I can't comment on those), it clears the shark fin antenna and has about 3" max clearance of the rear hatch if pushed all the way forward. I chose to move it back within 3/4" of the rear hatch as I didn't need it any further forward than that.
I'd have had more choices of roof box if I was willing to donate all of the space on top of the vehicle to it and almost went with the Inno 660 Wedge but I wanted to keep the Yakima "Skinny Warrior" basket on top as well as have space for the awning, which was not on when I snapped these photos. The pictured bars are the 58" round Yakima bars of yesteryear that are so widely available on Craigslist.
So, for those that want to open the rear hatch completely and not have excessive forward overhang, the Thule Force XT Sport will fit a Gen-5 -
