Ticking Noise

Hey guys I'm new here just wondering if I could get a little help.
I've got an 03 v6 that has recently started making a ticking and or CD spinning noise from what I belive comes from behind the glove box. I've read a post on something about noise behind the glove box but wasn't sure. Thanks!

Leaf in your blower. Pull the cabin filter out and youll find it.

Thank since has been resolved after what you mentioned of changing out the cabin filter
