Took my car in to get an alignment after installing my daystar 2.5/1.5 yesterday and they said they can't align it because there is inner tie rod play. Just had an inspection and oil change a couple weeks ago by the dealership and there were no problems. Is there any way the lift could have messed up the tie rods? The install went smooth, and it drives fine. They quoted $400 (Sears) but I passed. Should I take it somewhere else? Maybe it's something the dealership missed, not sure what to do. Thanks.
