Tie rod upgrade question

Does or has anyone ever made a clevis for the inner pivot on the steering rack and then made tie rods. I want to do this and if I could find a clevis it would make it easier and I wouldn’t have to get the piece machined.

I assume the inner tie rod is threaded into the rack, am i correct? I haven’t changed anything except out tie rods. *edit searched and saw the stock part is threaded in but I could probably use a bolt on design type clevis that many off road shops sell for other vehicle applications. Anyone know the inner tie rod thread pitch?

Thought would be clevis on rack, 3/4” heim rod end, tie rod x inches long made from 17-4ph bar stock, 3/4” heim rod end, and double sheer the stock ball joint similar to how total chaos has their outer tie rod heim

Pretty sure camburg will sell the Clevis from their heim steering kit separately. If I remember right, you already have a LT setup. I think they sell a full heim steering kit too, but you may have to call them for that one.

I don’t think camburg makes the full heim steering upgrade I’ll have to ask Scott when he gets back from his mountain bike trip to whistler.

I wish I knew someone at solo their prices are alittle to much otherwise that looks like exactly what I want to do.
