Tilt out Navi screen quit!

I'm new at this so be patient. my '04 t4r's factory navi screen has quit functioning with the touch screen. can this be repaired or need replacement. if replace, where to get and how difficult?

Since the dealer likely isn't able to work on this, their recommended solution will be replacement. If that's the case, it's time to upgrade. I would assume a factory nav system (even used) will likely cost more than a nicer aftermarket unit installed. Most of the time, when any sort of headunit breaks, or has a fault, it's only fix is replacement. It just costs too much to work on them.

I agree. When mine decides to kick the bucket, I'll most likely replace with an aftermarket one. If the OP wants to keep his factory nav, then at least he has the option. Their are others, but I can't remember.
