Time sensitive help buying a trailer brake controller on Ebay

Posted this within another thread without much success so thought I would put this out there on it's own.

I've come up against a road block in my next step of buying a brake controller. I've been watching for the right price on an economical unit. There's a good "buy it now" price on an Ebay item but there is a snag. I'm blocked from buying it because I'm from Canada even though I want to ship it to Michigan. The buyer isn't allowing any questions either to ask him to consider changing his restrictions.

Any one want to help me buy it? I've got Paypal.

Down south (the US) you can get them for less than $80 or less at about any parts store.
