Its not as easy to get to as one may think, there is alot of disassembly required to replace the timing belt. If that is parts and labor, it sounds like a decent deal. If i were you i would replace the timing tensioners, idler pulleys, thermostat, serpentine belts and oil seals too, its slightly more money but its more assuring nothing else back there will fail or leak in the next 90K miles to come afterwards.
