OK got a price of $350 from a shop near my house. Zach thanks so much for the offer. I really appreciate it. Since we are 2 1/2hrs apart each way, with the price of gas I probably will end up not being terribly far off from my local shop so will probably go with them out of convenience. You're offer a great price though IMO. If anyone is close by take him up on it!

Yeah I don't blame ya it'd be an 8 hour day for you, thats a long day for a t-belt job. :cheers:

I used this Ebay OEM kit and everything was great, EXCEPT he had been sending out a Koyo brand no2 idler pulley which was actually smaller than the factory NSK roller. I worked it out with him and eventually got the right NSK roller, but beware. The kit is a great deal but make sure you get the NSK roller.
Here is the Koyo roller installed. see the belt overlap, no good.

I just learned yesterday that my water pump had not been changed.
I had checked all the paper work that came with this 4runner and saw that the timing belt and all the other belts and tensioners etc were replaced in 08' with 123,000 miles on them.
Naturally I assumed the water pump was also replaced at that time because like WHY THE HELL would you not?
Well the PO for some odd brain fart treason did not it looks like.
So I just got off the phone with my mechanic he said he would do it for $275 to replace Timing belt, all tensioners, water pump and cam seal.
The Timing belt kit cost $267.00 for OEM from Parts Geek.
So $542.00
I can not believe that anybody would replace just a timing belt, that is bizarre. Well I knew I would have to do a few things, the price was just way too good not to have something pop up.

The seller was pretty cooperative with me and shipped the right one out that day.
He told me he has used that one in all his kits, I dont know how nobody else hasnt noticed its to small
