Depending on dealer/indy, location, and quantity of other parts--price can run $600-$1100--the $1100 being a total dealer rip-off in a high cost area.
Other parts include, roughly in priority order: WP, two idlers, three aux. belts, thermostat, tensioner, rad hoses, cam and crank seals (a must if leaking).
I did it DIY, all except the seals at 120K, for under $300 total, including coolant. I bought the seals but chose not to put them in.
If this is first change, I would do it all, except the seals if they are good, and go back in another ten to twelve years.
