Timing chain cover bolts

When I replaced my timing chain cover, I remember seeing warnings about getting the bolts in all the right places, as one bolt could interfere with the chain tentioner if too long a bolt was installed. I'm investigating if that bolt is an issue with my truck...

Does anyone know which bolt that is, and what problems it may cause?

Top oil pump bolt, sits at about 11:45. What happens is the bolt will contact the tensioner if it is too long and it will not allow the tensioner to travel the full range. It can also hit the chain its self which is never a good thing.
