Timing cover leak or power steering

Can anyone tell if this is a power steering leak vs timing cover gasket? I smelled it but the smell was vague

I have this exact same problem. It is coming from the timing cover. I only see it sweat, never pour out since its up top. Not to big of an issue in my book. Well, that compared to a 2k repair bill.

Thanks, I think I'll keep looking for a non leaking version.

I have the same started a few mths back its timing cover it took a bit to figure out which of two it was. Not a hard job just a few layers to remove to get to it. Only reason why I haven't jumped on it , that and I just had finished taking the whole front apart and put back together when I had noticed the dirt stain spots ...pissed me off
