After 4 trips to the tint shop, I have ended up with 20% on the front 2 windows, and 5% on all of the other windows. I also got a 5% strip added to the top of my windshield. I still may end up going back one last time to change my front windows to 5%, but for now it's dark enough.
Looks good man, I've got 5% on all my rear windows & 35% on the front two. I want 5% on the front two but the cops already give me a hard time with what I've already got.. lol

Yeah, I am debating whether or not I should go back one last time, and have 5% put on the fronts too. I'll leave the 20% on for a bit longer and see if I get hassled. If I ever get pulled over the the 20% and get a fix-it ticket, after I pull it off, 5% will definitely go on. I can't really even notice any visibility difference at night out of the back side windows with the 5% compared to the 20%, so I'm glad I did it.
Update: going in tomorrow morning for a 9A.M. appointment to take off the 20% in the front, and have 5% put on. Yeah, I know, I just had the 20% put on a few weeks ago, but whatever. Pics to follow with 5% all around.
I now have limo tint (5%) all around, as well as a 5% strip on the front windshield. It looks awesome, and dark as hell. My only issue is that since my windshield is clear, the 5% on the back window looks more like 20%, so I am having a double layer added tomorrow to make it pure black, so that people behind me cannot see in.
Wish me luck with the CA cops. If I can make it past the 3 day drying period where I can't roll my windows down, I should be fine, I'll just roll them down if i have to pull up next to a cop.
