Tinted Blinkers **PICS**

So this weekend I helped my brother tint his tail lights and we had some left over VHT nite shade and I decided to do my blinkers. Not sure of the legality of this... but oh well! And I'm going to be painting the screws soon, i know they stick out pretty bad right now.

Yeah I can't beleive it took me this long to do something about them. I like the look with them black a lot more.

Yeah, there was some complaints that my other sig was too large, so i switched it back to this one until i can make a new one. But thanks! I'm happy with how they look too!

I know, I couldnt beleive that it made that much difference. Now when i look at pics without them black it reminds me of how i felt looking at pics without clear corners... WEIRD...

Not to impose but after looking at the pictures for a little longer I think you could tie your color scheme together completely by color matching the chrome grill to either the body color or the Limited cladding color. That would look really fresh IMO. Either way, it looks $

That's what I thought too. I've been pulled over and they have not said anything about the tint, or tried to get me for anything else, so im not too worried about it.

I tried to get that emblem off to paint it when i did my others and i couldnt figure out how to get it off. But i agree with Kelly, I think I'll just paint the emblem and the whole grill black. As soon as i can figure out how to get the grill off! It always seems like im going to break it when i try to get it off, so i try not to mess with it as much as possible.

lol. Snow, the emblem IS just held on by a screw. Pop the grill off and you can access the screw on the backside. :bigok:

Tinted signals look good BTW. I've got plans in the works to swap mine out for some clear lenses w/ led bulbs.

Spork- I'll be done with finals and moved back to my parents house by the 8th so you pick a weekend and we can do the lift and some painting! How big of a BL were you planning on getting? 2"?

lol, they don't make them. I'm doing a few subtle mods to my TJM soon and that's one area that's getting an upgrade.
