tips for exhaust manifold replacement...

Tomorow morning, I will pick up a new Toyota exhaust manifold and gasket from the Toyota dealership for my 3RZ 4cyl engine.. I already have the new studs and nuts. (paper had a coupon...pretty good discount on parts!)

I have heard to be careful with the studs because they have been known to strip the threads inside the engine.
Any tips/experiences to share?

i would start by taking out the bolts by hand and if u cant do that then i would spray penatrating lube on them and let them soak for about an hour and try it with air tool but be careful to not pull them out like u said.
