I am new to this group and I recently purchased a 1995 4runner with a blown head gasket. I am in the process of rebuilding the engine and I had hoped you guys could give me some advice on items I should watch out for and some ideas as to what is a necessity when rebiulding. I currently am plannig on a whole rebuild kit including .020 over pistons and rings. I have read to replace the knock sensor wire because it crackes from the heat. They were right mine was all beat up. Thanks for the valuable input that you Toyota guys might offer!
