In all, I don't like it. Its too big, too bulky. Takes up a LOT of room in the 4Runner when camping. Also, I still have yet really tried to understand the point of it unless you are going somewhere that will be raining a lot.

Well, that style doesn't make much sense IMO. Might as well just go to a regular tent.

However, there's also this style, which you can use if you want to sleep off the ground in the back of your 4runner:

On the 4runner, with no real 'tailgate.', it doesn't make a lot of sense but if you could fab up a tailgate piece you could extend your sleeping area by up to a foot which might make for a more comfortable sleeping experience.

FWIW I had a similar tent on my Tacoma and it worked great. Of course the Tacoma had a tailgate, too, so it made a little more sense.
