tire/lift question

Ok, so here is my dilemna--as discussed before there is roughly a $20 a tire difference between the stock size Revo and the 265/70/17 revo. I dont like the way the bigger tire looks on a non lifted 4th gen in the front because I think it looks too stuffed. But, with the $80 I would save by going with the bigger tire I could get the 1" daystar spacer for the front and hopefully avoid the "stuffed" look. So my question is: which route should I go? I can do the install of the spacer no prob. I just went out and put my floorjack under the front crossmember and put her up about an inch in the front and stepped back and liked the way it looked, but I have the stock bridgestone ht right now. Would the 1" spacer be enough to not make the bigger revo looked stuffed into the wheel well? I dont want to go with a full 2.5 or 3 so dont try and talk me into it! Thanks

I would think the extra 1" from the lift would compensate for the larger tire.

I'd go that route, it'll cost you the same now...but then you'll have the lift done, so when you replace the tires again in another couple of years you won't have to spend that extra $80 on the tires...
