Tire paint for red lettering

I like the look of the red letters on the Grabber tires, thought it might look kinda cool on a BFG, change from white to red?

I'm not sure what they used, but someone in the 4th or 5th gen section has pink letters on their BFG KO's, not sure how they did it.

Used to do it on semi-trucks way back in highschool. Part of the job detailing semi's.

It paid well....

I'm not so sure on red accents on red vehicles. It just doesn't seem to go together in my opinion. I would stick with white letters or mount them inward.

Seems busy if you know what I mean. Red paint, graphite wheels, chrome bumpers, black flares, and another shade of red on your tire lettering. Your choice though.

My preference is blacked out lettering on tires. It just looks cleaner.

To me white letters on tires are kind of like giant stickers.

I like it! Well, I think it would look a lot better on some BFG's, and all filled in, but, I'm biased. But I also kind of agree with T4R201, white looks really good with red, but it's your own choice! It's makes your rig uniquely yours.

The chrome bumpers will go away eventually, replaced by aftermarket of some sort, or custom. Not sure if they'll end up black or graphite.

I did see your tires when I was deciding whether to color mine or not. Yours do seem to compliment your Runner nicely! I'm still on the fence. I need to find a paint that will wash off completely just to try it out.

i think a solid block letter like the BFGs are better suited for this rather than an outlined letter... i really like the GoodYear with yellow letters like nascar but thats just me

I do think that tires have a lot to do with the looks. I always thought the BFG A/T's and M/T's had that cool font style. I would probably still stick with white if I really wanted to display my tires. I'm not sure how colored letters would be, but from my experience white letters are an absolute burden to keep looking good. Just something to think about.
