What tire pressure are we supposed to be running on an 05 SE with stock dunlops. I was surprised when I checked it that it was at 39psi from the dealer. The door jamb says 32 or 33.

The tires are rated for up to 40psi. Yes, the owner's manual does say 32. I run mine at 32 in the winter and around 35-36 in the summer when the roads are dry and hot.

shouldn't it be the other way around? 35-36 in the winter becuase it's cold and 32 in the summer when the air in the tires will expand?

I see what you are saying. I guess I should say that I normally run them on 35-36 which is a happy medium between 32 and 40. I air down in the winter for extra traction.

I run 35-36 in my 20's. It's always summer here! On the way home from purchasing my new wheels/tires, I thought "oh @#$%" this drives like a semi. Next day I checked presure, 48-50 LBS! Now I love it. Handles like a sports car on steroids!
