Tire Pressure

Greetings,

I have a set of Nitto Terra Graplers (265/75 R16) on my 2000 4-Runner Limited and I was wondering what kind of on-road and off-road tire pressure others are using with this same brand/model tire. Thank you.

With those tires I would follow the reccomended tire pressure on your doorjam. If you are off roading and in a tough spot you can lower the pressure to increase traction temporarily.
If you run your tires at too high of a pressure on the road for too long you will prematurely wear out the center of the tire. If you run it at too low of a pressure you will cause uneven wear and lower your gas mileage...

On road-32-34 PSI

Off Road- 15-20 PSI

On the street my Nittos are usually at 34-36psi and I'll air down to maybe 25psi off road with no issues.
