Use Toyotas reccomended pressure as a reference point. The higher rear pressure is to account for a full load, if the rear is normally empty, bring the pressure down, the ride will improve a lot.
Bigger tires does not mean more pressure, more volume of air may be required to attain a specific pressure, that's all. Like which is heavier, a ton of rocks or a ton of feathers?
30 PSI is 30 PSI, just like a ton is a ton.
And 30 PSI is about where you want to be.
I run my 36's at 29-30 PSI on the highway (and 10 off highway). Goad tire contact pattern, good ride, decent wear.
