Tire psi for the winter

My tire censore keeps going off. I put 32 psi in one day the next day the censore comes on again. Is there a better psi for the winter?

Have you changed your tires over to winter air yet ? or are you still running summer air ?

:D

It's fairly common for tires to loose pressure when it's cold, but it shouldn't be so that you have to air up daily.

You should run the same pressure year round for the most part.

make sure you fill all 5 tires

Remember the spare also must be inflated to the same pressure as the 4 tires hitting the road. 32-35 should be fine for winter driving (depending on your location) as the temp never really gets much above 50 degrees F.

jazzy - don't worry about the tire pressure sensor in the winter times. Once you start driving a couple miles the tires will warm up and the sensor will go off. I had the same happen the last 2 days since its been cold.
