I figured it out today!!! So it turns out its not the balance, well sorta. When I got my aftermarket wheels I got the acorn shaped lug nuts and when I went to Performance Wheel and Tire, lucky me, the guy that helped me use to work at a Toyota dealership and showed me a different lug nut that centers the wheel onto the hub perfectly. Apparently the acorn lugs dont center the wheel on the hub well enough. I dont know what the lugs are called but Im getting them on monday so Ill take pics for you all.
So its actually just a problem with the lugs not the wheel balance and the thing that I have to say that I love about Discount Tire is that every time I went in (even with my mad face on) they really tried there best to fix the problem other than d-bag at the Kipling store, and I actually had happy face on when I went to that one

ya I went to 3 defferent stores. The one at Evans and Holly, the one Jewel and Kipling and the one at Colfax and Garrison. What really made me mad was that the manager at the Jewel and Kipling store was a complete ass, blew me off and told me that it was a problem with my vehicle when all the other stores said that is was the balance.

my wheels are brand new. One has a little scratch from wheelin but other than that they're perfect.
