Tire questions?

Well I'm new to the forum and I have a 98 limited with 156000 on it. I've never done anything to it at all and it still runs great. I want to start fixing it up and I'm getting a lot of motivation from this forum. The first thing I really need to get is tires. I'm looking into BFG A/T TA/KO I'm wondering how big I can get them on the stock rims and if these are the best tires for the price. I've got them priced at 825 installed for all 4 thanks for your help

265/75/16 will fit if you do not have a lift.

285s on a non-lifted 3rd gen will rub like a fat woman in corduroy pants running a race to get a big slice of cheesecake.

Thanks that was the size I was thinking. What do you think about the tires good choice?
