Tire rotation........

I have one silly question to ask..........

Can we use Walmart or Sams club for regular tire rotation and/or wheel balancing?. Will there be any issues with that?. I do see that these places offer very good price for tire rotations.

maybe for tire rotation but i would NOT have them balance their! because to get the right balancing for SUV tire they have to be balance on a special tire balance Toyota dealer use. forgot what it's call.

I had my accord rotated and balanced at walmart till i changed to goodyear tires, and the local goodyear shop did it from there on out.. My dad had them do the odyssey as well, and they didn't put a balance clip on one of the tires..

to be honest, i'll pay more to have it done right.. granted it is cheaper, but i just don't really trust them that much anymore..

there was a time that i had an alignment done on my accord, and then had the wheels balanced and rotated after that; long story short, i brought the car back to the alignment shop and had it looked at 3 times after that; then i had it rotated and balanced elsewhere, and that was the problem..

i trust them a little more for oil changes though.. synthetic for $28 isn't bad at all.. but i don't think i really need full synthetic oil, so..
