Can we start a discussion of tire rotation best practices. How you should rotate certain Types of tires (bias ply vs radial) . People with & without spares...ETC

How do YOU rotate your tires & why?

As long as the tread is wearing evenly, I just do a front to back rotation every 3 rd oil change. Bad tread wear indicates a problem that needs to be addressed, swapping tires to opposite corners of the vehicle won't fix the issue, it only moderately extends the quick wearing out of the tread.

I rotate fronts straight back, and rears cross up- every other oil change(3k mile OCI).
Don't rotate staggered or directional tires [emoji12]

I just follow the owner's manual. Ours states the bottom right diagram, or the top right if you have a spare in the rotation.

My other vehicle just says just switch front and back on the same side and be done, so that's what I do. Figure the engineers have a reason for doing it that way.
