Tire size on stock, soon to be lifted.

I've searched and checked out the sticky, but still have some questions.

I'm coming from Jeep land, and just bought a used 2006 4WD SR5 yesterday. It's completely stock and has terrible tires.
I'm interested in getting the biggest BFG AT KO's I can fit. So far, it looks like I can fit 265/70/R17 with some rubbing on stock suspension.

I plan on getting an OME 2 inch front / 1 inch rear full suspension kit to alleviate the rubbing.

With that lift, and those tires, will I still be able to fit chains for snow wheeling?

I have 265/70/17 Terra grapplers on stock suspension and they dont rub but thats just my experience

I think you may experience rubbing with chains and will have to trim.

Greetings from another Jeepland refugee. If I'm honest, I have to admit there are things I miss, but the comfort and finish of the Runner is worth it to me.

i'm curious about this too.. I want some new tires as well but don't plan on lifting the thing very much if at all..
