will a 35" tire fit under a 3" suspension lift with a 1" body lift? and if not what will a 35" tire fit under, and what kind of a tire would fit under a 4" overall lift?

It'd probably fit, but there will be rubbing.

What year?

I'm running a 2.5" suspension lift and a 1.5" body lift and I have 285's (about 33's) on my 96. They are really close to rubbing on my limited fenders.

35's can definetley fit with a 4" lift but you will have to do a bit of trimming first.
