i got offered an awsome deal on some tsl swammpers they are 35x14.5 im getting them for $100 would you do it and how much work am i gonna have to do to get the to fit my 90 4 runner

You would have to have a 4" lift done, or else they will rub like a bas****, and wont fit at all.
About 2000$ worth of work, for a good suspension package,
You're gonna need a kit.

Absolutely, not only due to the fitment issues, but you won't have to regear to run 33's (but it wouldn't hurt to either), but you would have to regear to run 35's, the loss in power would be too great.

And before you ask, regearing would run $800-1000 if you pull both diffs and carry them in. A lot more if you have a shop remove/reinstall them.

Additionally, the 33's will put a lot less stress on your IFS front end, unless you like replacing blown CV joints.

i just today put on 32 x 11.50 tires and they rub like crazy, i cant imagine going any bigger than that, plus braking really sucks

I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT THE 35'S BECAUSE I COULDNT PASS UP THE DEAL BUT IM GONNA PUT THEM ON CRAIGSLIST AND TRADE THEM FOR 33'S THEN DO 4 INCH LIFT

that sounds like a good plan, i too bought my new tires with really nice rims, already balanced for $650, i was offered $750 first, then someone offered me $1000, i really like them though, after all i am getting these kind of offers WHILE putting them on
