I saw this and had to share it. I guess this guy decided it was a good idea to slash a tire to get revenge.

Looks like its probably some sort of military/police/security vehicle. The tires didn't lose nearly any height with no air (some sort of run flat/insert) and the pressure looked to be in the commercial range (100psi+)

Either way, not the brightest bulb in the box, lucky he didn't get seriously injured.

It appeared to me that he did get hurt and maybe severely. The concussion blew his shirt off and there is a fair amount of blood left on the tiles when he gets up. He took his shirt and wrapped it around his hand and forearm. I'd bet he doesn't try anything like that again.
