Tire/Suspension Help!!

Okay guys, I have a 1996 4Runner. It sits factory right now so nose is down! I'm running some 235 tires! My problem is I'm going with 3in in the front and 1.5 in the back 3in I the front will make it level with the back at 1.5in. I know 265/75/16 or a 31x10.50x15 is the biggest tire you can run without rubbing. I'm really wanting to run 275/65/18 with a 18x10 rim, yes some people don't like the wide rim but it won't be off-road much! Saying that could I run that without rubbing? And some flex room? Or is it safer to run 265/75/16 with a 16x10 rim? I know it's only 1.5in so I'm just curious could I run that 275/65/18 comfortably or should I go with the 265/75/16???? Thank you guys!!
