Tire wear

Anybody have any ideas what would cause "spotty" tire wear? It is worn to the bone in seemingly random patches, but almost new in others. I know balance can do this, rotors too. It's only in the front, which makes me think rotors, but they were just replaced, so that doesn't make too much sense.

Sounds like you need an alignment.

But there may be worn parts to replace before an alignment will take. An alignment shop will tell you.

Brake rotors won't cause tire wear.
