Costco has 130 dollars off (70 dollars + 60 (free install) ) on 2/27th. If you have a costco credit card (The citi card) you can price match the rest of the tires with tire rack.
free install free shipping. life time balance and rotation for the life of the tire. with same or less than tire rack pricing.

I am a die hard pro Costco member and I think you get more value from Discount Tire than Costco if things like air pressure check and rotation is valuable to you.
Even thought Discount cost a little more than Costco, and not by much $115 difference when I got it quoted for a set of 5, it only takes me 1 trip back to then to get my monies worth...
At least where I live, the Costco tire center is sooo freaking busy than it takes forever to just walk in and get a balance and rotation. Always have to throw my car into the waiting list. You could go shopping but I don't always needs to do that, or want to do that. They want you to shop, because they know you can get out of there for at least another $100-200 bucks.
Where as Discount can knock it out fast, and they have a ton of locations everywhere too.
