Tires P-rated vs LT vs P-XL?

My experience, the LT tires last longer. Probably get 20% more miles out of them, which alone justifies the increased cost. Then there are all the other benefits including better survivability while off-roading.

This may be true. My Falkens were going strong with over 30K miles on them when I traded in my 2016. My Yokohamas have roughly 40K miles on them (what they are warrantied for) and could definitely go another 5 to 10K miles. I'm probably going to pull them off by November though since I need something with fresher tread for ski season.
